3 years experience as Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef
This is a 2 year contract, renewable possible. Accommodation will be provided for the first month – then you will need to find your own, but the client will assist you with the process. Assistance also provided for the initial flight to Dubai. Visa application costs are for the candidate to cover.
The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the individual store BOH Operation. Reporting to the Group Head Chef. Sous chef in working towards achieving the company – jones the grocer’s (jtg) vision and strategy in terms of providing innovative, high quality and simplistic food in line with jtg’s value proposition. In achieving this there will be the need to coordinate and effectively communicate with other departments such as: FOH, Retail to give a cohesive and professional approach to the customer as well as adherence to all company recipes, SOPs and government regulations. To work closely with the Finance and Procurement department to ensure the highest quality of products and services are purchased in line with financial and budgetary requirements.
